Well, I don't know any way to tell Plone that one member's home is
.org/en and another's is .org/de. So you do have to click on "English"
on the navigation box.
The English folder is available to take me to English but the links
from "You are here" don't offer Home as /en.
But Home is /not/ .org/en. Home is the name of the folder above
English. And I don't know any way to make Plone give an English link
to some users and a German link to others.

Well I guess it is more habit than a site issue for me. I can see the
complication now that we have several other languages. I just need to
train the mouse to click on English instead of Home. :-)
