[authors] Working with Tables uploaded for review

Hi all

An incomplete draft of the Working with Tables chapter has been uploaded 
to the Writer Guide folder of the User Guide. I hope I did it right and 
the document should appear in the Review list.

This is a first incomplete draft for anyone to takeover as maintainer as 
I have to take a timeout from everything but family right now (after a 
relative's passing away). However I do hope I will return to 
OOoAuthors.org when things calms down.

The document is based on the corresponding document for the UserGuide 
v1. It is rewritten and checked against a OOo 1.9.x version. I honestly 
do not rembember which one but it was a version released in April. It is 
also converted to the latest chapter template (as of 2005-06-01)
