The community here seems to be very friendly! I have another, yet rather silly question :)
I've downloaded the file: managing_3dobjects_24Jan05.sxw Now I have to set the status to "retract", as I've understood you.But where do I set the status of a specific file? I only found the "state" tab. Does this tab automatically switch the state of the documents I've downloaded recently?
I have the feeling I'm doing something wrong or oversee the obvious. :) Regards Manuel
