Diane:
You did good. Do not feel bad about it. You did not know all what I did.
I would like to work with you on other things, so please keep up the
suggestions. I may be old but I think that I can still learn, and,
that is what I wish to do.
More comments welcomed. I was just trying to explain why I did what.
Chris

Diane: The reason the way I did it was that Jean asked me
to do it that way. I agree that your method would have
been better for all concerned, whoever, I did what I was
asked to do. Follows is an extract from Jean's e-Mail to
me.

I'm sorry, Chris. I think I spoke out of turn, and mis-read
the situation. :) I was only trying to help make things
easier for everyone, and provide a little of that
"mentoring" guidance that you have been requesting. I
realized not long after I send my note that perhaps I should
have stayed quiet. Please forgive me... I don't keep up so
much, and will likely continue to be a bit lazy about it.
History has shown, I'm not one to be giving advice, yet I
still continue to open mouth and insert foot more quickly
than I should. :) It is not ill-intended, but sometimes it
does get in the way. I'm very slow at learning my "people"
skills. :)
Carry on... !! Mostly I just wanted you to know that your
work is good, and I wanted you to feel encouraged to continue.
Best Wishes,
Diane Mackay
