[authors] Insufficient priviledges to view page

Finally, downloaded 2 beta 2, first time corrupt second seems OK (5hrs 
each download)  Then forgot my password, my fault for not doing enough.

Now ready to go and I receive this, oh well, what is new. Message 
"Insufficient privileges to view page"
Need to downlaod a chapter.
Anyone help, I would like to review a chap in "Getting Started"  for Jean.
