Hello Iain, I am German and no freelancer but a trilangual secretary in education in French and English. As you mentioned you do need somebody who is able to translate into German and French. I didn't translate any OO stuff but I was a trainee in Montreal / Canada and returned about 2 months ago so I am very interested in translating this homepage. It would be a good practice for me.
