Dan, I'll have a look at your draft as soon as I can (later
today, I hope).
In general, I'll say that the "Getting Started" chapter should
cover only the basics, leaving most of the choices to be covered
in the Impress User Guide. You could mention that other choices
exist, but refer the reader to the UG, or (depending on the
topic) not mention some of the choices at all.
GS chapters on Writer and Calc, for example, don't say much if
anything about many things that those programs can do... it's
just too much to try to cover.
