Many thanks. This is the answer. The Printer tab has a number of icons
permitting one to select centring
It works fine.
The version 2.X Guide has:
"5. On the tab pages Envelope and Format, specify the envelope
format and the position of
the addresses of the sender and addressee on the envelope. Use the
Printer tab page to
define appropriate print options.".
I had expected to find the options under "Print" rather than "Insert".
Incidentally "Insert" also permits te user to modify the print spec.
