XForms elements are only available in a special (Writer) document type (new- XML form). Unfortunately, OOo 2.0 will not be able to export XForm elements xhtml. So XForms would not fit to a writer to web chapter.
I'd rather put it to a general forms chapter or, if this does not exist to an own chapter in writer section.
I've done a presentation in June about that an stumbled about the missing export to web capability. Imho this is the feature, what is missing, to make OOo 2.0 XForms the real killer. Anyway many people have been interested in XForms and so I think, it's still worth a chapter.
