Hello everyone,
While going through the website recently, I noticed that our file
naming convention is not always being adhered to. This makes it
very hard to determine what file is the oldest in the main
folders and the feedback folders. (The "last changed" date on the
file may be misleading; if someone like me has been doing other
maintenance on the folder, some file dates get changed even
though the file hasn't been changed.)
So this note is a reminder to please follow our file naming
conventions, as described here:

Doing this will really help as we are finishing and checking so
many chapters right now, in preparation for OOo2.0 release.

P.S. Yes, I forget to do it correctly sometimes, too. I'll try to
