No, you're right. It did not seem to upload. I have done it again and
it looks like it is there. I'll email it to you anyway.
When I try it now, I only see the Document option, which could be your
problem (I've seen this before and it seems to sort itself out; but I
don't know what the cause is).
If you can't upload the file, email it to me directly.
