I have had a run-through of the TOC and Indices portions of the Chapter using 1.9.130 & 2.0.0_RC_1 but for some reason OOo and my system are in conflict with each other and I cannot get the Bibliography menu bar to display. I am having a problem with Bibus as well so is clearly is my setup and not OOo
