As soon as you figure it out please tell me.  I have forgotten almost
all the little bit of Russian I knew but occasionally it would be
useful.  

Glad you like AllChars :) I use it since I now have an English keyboard
and miss the French accents I used to have on my old French Canadian
keyboard.
