this seems more a bug in names-Handling in general. If you define a name
for a cell range with multiple groups of cells, this won't be shown in
the names listbox at the top of the table window as well. But they are
shown as tool tip, when typing a formula.
And .. it's not that easy to define a name for such a cell range, as you
need to enter it manually. When selected with the mouse, only one cell
group is used for the range.
I've noticed that too!
If any of you get the same behaviour I'll enter a new issue in the OOo
QA project.
Yes, please file an isue and send me the ID .. I'll look for duplicates
and confirm. (No duplicates found yet, but it's not easy to query for
this problem).
