I've submitted it again for review, in the hope that someone else
can find time to look at it too. It's good to have lots of input.
Some questions for reviewers, esp. "non experts", to consider
are: does the info make sense to you? Is info left out that would
help you understand it better? Are whole topics left out that you
would like to see covered? I didn't attempt to cover everything
in this chapter, but there might be something important to other
people that I didn't think of because it's not a feature I use.
