The only problem is, that you have to change manually the entry in the page "Wer bearbeitet was?" There isn't an automatic change, when you're changing the status of an document. You can change the entry in this document, when you're clicking on the first icon in the row of "your document" (the papersheet with the pencil). The rest is explained when you see the form for the change. Sigrid
