Hi Jean,
Thanks for the quick response. The first time I tried it, I definitely
made the mistake of choosing the wrong file type. I said "document"
(since, after all, it IS a document), but then I learned that I should
have chosen "File" instead.
I did give the file a modified name after reviewing it. (Putting my
initials at the end of it.)
However, I have a suspicion as to what might have happened the second
time I tried it, now that you mention this as a possible problem. When
I first did it incorrectly, calling it a "document", something did get
uploaded with that file name. (But not uploaded correctly.) Then when I
tried it again calling it a "file", it may have failed because there
was already something there with the same name.
I'm at work now so I can't try again right now with a modified file
name, but when I get home I'll give it another try.

The two most common problems are file type and file name.
What file type did you choose when uploading? It must be "File", not
any of the other choices.
Did you change the file name from whatever it was when you downloaded
it for review? If you try to upload a file with the same name as an
existing one, the upload fails.
If you did both of those correctly, and it still doesn't work, let me
know and I'll see what else I can do.
Regards, Jean
