[authors] Proposal: Remove Estonian folder

Hey,

The Estonian folder has been around for several months and there isn't 
anything in it:

http://oooauthors.org/et/folder_contents

I vote to remove it because having empty folders only makes the site 
harder to navigate. Any objections to deletting it?
