BTW, I have been thinking about producing a book tentatively titled "Running your small business using OpenOffice.org" (which would cover all the components of OOo). Your tutorials could fit perfectly into such a book. If you -- or anyone else reading this -- are interested in the project, let's talk about it further. Though preferably not until the new year; I'm swamped at the moment.
I am currently writing an annex chapter for the OmegaT user manual that deals with "translation with OpenOffice.org". It explains how to create glossaries/tmx from OOo, for use not exclusively in OmegaT, what limitations of OmegaT are in a OOo files context etc. I could focus on OOo as main item and describe OOo supporting CAT tools too.
If that is of any interest for the OOo community at large (well, the sub group of freelances/volunteers that are daily dealing with translation) I could share that too.
