If you have an interest in Draw or Impress, Linda Worthington (the maintainer of the OOo1.1 version of those books) could use some help bringing them up to date for OOo2.0, since many things have changed in those components.

<waving to Linda> I assume Linda's also on this list :) I would love to help out in any way I can. I have not (as of yet) used Draw or Impress. I do have a graphics/printing/presentations background. The graphics and printing mainly revolved around Adobe products. The presentations unfortunately revolved around PowerPoint. I pick up software really quick though and would be more than happy to help with Draw and Impress. Just give me direction on where to start :)

My role, in case you're wondering, is "lead editor", which means that I do most of the official publishing of chapters and a lot of the administrative work. Others might add "and make a general nuisance of myself" <grin>.

I seriously doubt you make a nuisance out of yourself! I checked out your web site and I'm very impressed. I'm planning on checking your site out more. I have been looking at becoming a technical writer and figured OpenOffice would be a great place to get into the process.
