With great input from Dick Detwiler and various other people as
well as myself, the Mail Merge chapter has been revised to
include info on printing mailing labels and envelopes as well as
form letters, so it now covers all the functions that merge info
from a database. The revised chapter is here:

Among other new material, it now includes instructions on how to
suppress blank lines in form letters and labels when a database
field has no data in it. This is vastly confusing and unintuitive
to do, so I hope the instructions I've written will get people
through the maze. I would be grateful if some people would test
the instructions, see if it works for them or needs better
explanation, and give us some feedback.
BTW, I know that some of the screens need recapturing, to make
them all consistent in appearance, but I'll do that later after
it has been reviewed.
