I have a (hopefully) simple question: We have now several documents
in the German part of oooauthors, where we changed the status to
"published". But I can't see any chapter in the list of the
published items. Do I have to do something more than only change the
state to "published"?

Sigrid, I'm not sure what you mean about "the list of published
items". Can you tell me a bit more?
As you maybe know, Marko has restructured the German part of oooauthors.
We have our own review-list (only with German chapters) on the right
side of the page and we have also a list with recently published
chapters on the left side.
I have now looked at that page and I see what you mean. The
English pages had something like that "Recent Items" list for
awhile, but we removed it. (I don't remember why.) It was
automatically updated when a chapter or other item was published.
I don't know how that worked. I think you'll have to ask Daniel,
or maybe Marco. I'm sorry I can't help you.
How do you update your list of published chapters? Maybe I have to do
the same for the German part. But I can't test it, because I don't know,
what to do.
The English list is just a group of normal pages on the website
that I edit by hand. It doesn't show what the latest published
chapters are, but it lists all of the chapters if I remember to
put them in the list.

I think you should be able to click on the Edit tab and see that
it is just an ordinary HTML page.
The good thing about this list (and the ones for the other books)
is that it gives the chapters in 1-2-3 order, not in the order
they were published. That is better for someone looking for a
chapter. The bad thing is that it is not automatic, so I or Janet
or someone must keep it up to date.
I guess, that you will see the titles of the different lists in English,
so you should understand which list is for what. :)
