[authors] how to create a macro to open forms or generate reports

Hi,

I'm trying to convert an Access DB to an OOo Base application. Where can 
I find documentation about glueing it all together by means of 
(preferably) python scripting? I mean, I want to make a form that is 
displayed when OOo starts with a switchboard. Then I want to open 
another form when a button is pressed. I can see where I have to enter 
the events, but I don't see how I have to write the macros and 
especially what to write inside the macros in order to show a form or to 
generate a report.
