OK, I admit that I lost all of the main part of this thread.
I admit that I do not know much about this new base stuff.
However, I am ready to start on the tutorial. Send it my way. Give it
to me.
I would like to go through the tutorial as it is now, with the intend of
designing a base wherein I can set up the collection of CDs, and 33s etc
that my wife has collected. She just discovered the other day that she
has 2 copies of at least three different discs.

The things that I need to know are;
fields needed (disk title, tracks, performers, authours, etc, some
needed some not, depending upon the genre)
records needed (how to group the fields in the best way for entering ans
retrieving)
files needed( should I have a separate file for Jazz vs classical, what
about blues and rag, or baroque) Or should it be flexible enough so
that if I wish to make a separate file, or separate out from one file
jazz to blues as the discs increase or what.
Then, I am making this my hobby, what about sheet music for each song,
many to one, one to many, or articles (from research)
Oh, mon, I am over welmed already, let along set of the base.
