Hi y'all...I must admit I've been slackin' here. But I noticed today
that OOo 2.0.2 RC3 is available so we need to see what's up for the new
release:

I am starting up again on my chapters. I lost most of two weeks hard
work on my Functions and Formula chapter. As I was saving the file OOo
crashed and when I reopened the file it was empty(hmmm?). Because of
this I am doing my work with Microsoft Word (a much more stable
application) and when it is complete I will convert it to OOo format. My
fault for not having a recent backup.

...just kiddin' about M$...but I did lose my work during a routine save.

I also need to answer some ancient mail about my older work and deal
with that too...

I, too would like to see some work on the Impress guide. With the right
docs it can be powerful.

Look here for some good (and free) OOo "training" videos:
