What does retracting a document mean?
It means that the file gets removed from the 'review list'. Usually
because you are about to review it.
Why should I retract a chapter?
If you are writing a review please retract the chapter. Otherwise we
can have two people review the same document. This is a mis-use of
precious reviewer time, and causes a lot of work for the author.
How do I retract a document?
Go to the file in question.
Click on state > retract.Emacs!

No matter what I do, I can't "Go to the file in question."
I can't go to any file! I can download it, that's all.
Maybe it's because it's Friday?!?
Have you logged in? What's your username? I'll check to see if
you have Author privileges. If you don't, then that's why you can
only download, not do anything else.
