I'm working on Chapter 3 now. Lots of fiddly little changes in there, mostly additions to the lists of supported file types.

While indexing Chapters 1 and 2 of the Getting Started book, I
found and corrected a few more small things in the text (and some
problems with a few graphics in Ch2). I've now uploaded yet
another set of revised files.
