As a follow up of my own email, I looked in the Impress Guide folder
for Version 2.0 and found chapter 1 there. It was last worked on March
16, 2005, and was a *.sxw file. Daniel Carrera's name is listed in the
Properties as the last one to work on this one. There is no maintainer
listed. Would it be better to rewrite the whole chapter since almost all
of the screen shots would have to be changed as will some of the
terminology?
