[authors] "Getting Started with Draw" revised

I have now revised "Getting Started with Draw" and uploaded it to 
http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide2/gettingstarted/published_final/0108GS-GettingStartedWithDraw.odt

I've also uploaded the PDF version.
The changes include some minor wording and a few replacement 
screen shots. I also cut out the section on the HTML export 
wizard, which will be included in the revised chapter on Creating 
Web Pages, which I should get to sometime next week.
