Yes, that chapter still needs a writer. It's been looking for a
writer for nearly a year, and the book is okay without it, so
there is no pressing time requirement. Better late than never on
this one (in contrast to, say, some of the missing chapters in
the Calc Guide, hint hint Calc writers).
