Gary,What is the status of this chapter? As far as I can tell, Scott Rhoades accepted your edits and mine and posted the latest version here, in the Draft Pubs folder:

However, this revised version has not been published. Is there some problem, or have you just been too busy working on all the other chapters to get to this one?
