This is already answered. I feel it is ready to be re-published so I am
going to do that. From this point forward, due to time constraints, I am
only going to "publish" when a minor release comes out and keep all copy
editing changes in the folder. (Kind of like how I think it used to be.)
I will look into those unwritten chapters. I think I haven't tackled
them because I don't know much about the topics but I will maybe teach
myself something. :)

Peter, should this chapter be on the Review List? It's not Pending, but
you are the last person to have modified it (according to the website),
so I suspect from your note that you intended it for review (rather than
it having been taken off the list by someone else for reviewing).
As soon as I can find time, my intention is to review all the Calc
chapters that are on the Review List, if no one else gets to them first.
How are you, Rick, and whoever else is working on the Calc Guide getting
along with it? It would be so great to get the missing chapters written
so we can publish a full book. I think it would be quite popular and a
great addition to the series. I would love to show it off along with the
others at two conferences in October.
