My feeling is that we should go with the adequate manuals and put together something for the other chapters ( which I am afraid I cannot help with as I know nothing about the topics). I think it is better to have good albeit somewhat simple manuals for everything rather than have gaps. It is better, I think, to be able to point new users to a manual that covers all topics that they are likely to need rather than say " Oh, the chart chapter is great, pity we don't have anything that you need about Base".
