I have made some changes to several chapters in the Writer Guide.
Some of these are "behind the scenes" changes (fixing styles, for
example); others fix some page layout problems; and a few are
substantial additions or changes to the text. I have mentioned
the chapters with major changes in notes to this list over the
last week or so.
I have regenerated the full book with all the latest changes. The
individual chapters and the full book (all in ODT and PDF) have
been uploaded to the OOoAuthors website, and the PDFs have been
uploaded to the OOo Documentation Project's site. Also on the
OOoAuthors site is a ZIP file containing all the ODT files for
the individual chapters of the book.
Of course, if you find anything in any chapter that needs fixing,
is out of date, missing, or you think could be done better,
please let us know. A published chapter is never "set in stone"
-- if nothing else, every release of the software brings with it
the need to change a few chapters.
