That did the trick, Jean. The file is now in the Feedback directory.
For information, as well as the new screen shots I made a minor edit
(with Record Changes turned on) to page 8 to clarify the mis-rendered
'E' and 'L' issue. The only other change was to update the Table of
Contents.
If the screen shots would be useful in their own right I can zip them
and upload to a location of your choice.
Peter, thanks for your work. I've just returned from 3 days away,
so I haven't had time to check it over and republish it; I hope
to get to that today.
Having a zip file of the screenshots sounds useful. I suggest
uploading it to the Feedback folder. If Gary or I think of a
better place to put it later, we can easily move it.
