[authors] Impress Guide: Chapter on slides shows

I am writing the Impress Guide chapter on slide shows, which 
covers things like settings, transitions, animations, and more 
(see the outline if you're interested in the details).

I hope to have a draft ready for review later this week. Mind 
you, I had hoped to have it ready last week... ;-)

A reminder: if you pick up either chapter 4 or 5 from the Review 
List and start filling in some of the blanks I had left, please 
remember to retract it and let the list know you are working on 
it. I hope someone will work on those chapters, but I do realise 
that for many people this is not a good time of the year for 
finding spare time, with the holiday season upon us.
