[authors] Calc Ch2 updated

Thanks to Wolfgang Uhlig for spotting some things in Calc Ch2 
that could be improved. I have followed most of his suggestions 
and also added some other figures and changed the wording of some 
headings. Nothing major, but other translators might want to have 
a look. I also verified it against OOo2.1 and changed that (plus 
the date of publication) on the copyright page.

ODT and PDF have been uploaded to the OOoAuthors website. PDF 
will go up on the OOo Docs site in a few days.
