Chapter 3 of the Writer Guide was proofread on 15 Dec 2006 with some
subsequent edits (1 Jan 2007). Needs some volunteer(s) to check the new
edits and to proofread the changed material. Possibly a writer could
contribute by adding any new material. This revision is not yet published...
