I have now completed a first pass index of all the chapters in 
the Writer Guide and I am starting to edit the results. It's a 
slow, tedious, boring job, and I am easily distracted by the many 
other more interesting things I have to work on. My target 
deadline is the end of this month, though I hope to have 
something sooner for others to review.
