The way we work, going through several edits before publishing a revised version of the chapter, we don't keep all of the change tracking. It gets very messy and confusing to keep them all, so I usually accept the last person's changes before making more changes, and I think other people often work the same way.
I can make a folder with copies of all the chapters as they are now, and you can do a compare with the republished chapters to see what has changed. Would that do?
