I've uploaded amended files for Chapters 1 through 6 and 12.
Changes range from trivial to the addition of new sections
(copied from other books, not newly written). Someone is working
on Ch7 (Calc). I have no changes to Ch8 (Draw), 9 (Impress) or 10
(Base) so if you know of anything needed in those chapters,
please let me know asap. Ch11 (Math) had only one minor
correction, so I haven't put it up for review again; it will go
directly into Published. I'll continue with the other chapters
tomorrow.
