[authors] GRSingleton (Docs do-lead) died

For those of you who aren't on the Documentation Project's 
mailing list and thus may not have heard: Gerry Singleton 
(co-lead of OOo Docs) died of a heart attack on May 12th in a 
Toronto hospital. Scott Carr just posted a note on the Docs list.
