I was about to finish the sections on creating and modifying
forms. Now I need to go back are redo them. I will be using much
of the same discussion, but the screenshots will have to be
changed. It is taking much longer than I thought, but I am
working on be thorough.

Do you have a target completion date for this?
The rest of the new version of the Getting Started book will be
ready for publishing this weekend.
If you need more time to complete the Base chapter, no problem.
You do good work, so I don't want to rush you.
But rather than hold up publication of the full book, if there
will be much delay with that chapter, I intend to publish the
book with the existing chapter and replace it with your updated
chapter when you have it done.
