Thanks for the quick response. Those were indeed the missing
images. No problem. I never think to check for inadvertently
linked images in my own files.

Towards the end of the chapter, several images are missing: Figs
92 (snapshot27.png), 94 (snapshot29.png), 95 (snapshot30.png),
and an unnumbered one (snapshot31.png). These are listed as
linked, not embedded, obviously by accident.
If you could send those images to me, I'll drop them in.
