Page 19: the predefined captions could be written using bullet points
and not in bold

Page 21: There is some text with strange formatting (Blue, bold large
font size). Should be code or just strong emphasis.
I don't think Iain is around much these days, so I've added this
task to my to-do list -- unless someone else reading this note
would like to make the changes to the chapter?
