After some discussion with the good people on the issue of the print dialog defaults. I have changed the chapter to reflect the new defaults. There are probably some grammar glitches as I find it hard to see the final result clearly because of the red typing and strike-throughs.
Shelagh PS As I write I'm trying to upload the file. It is very slow or it might not do it at all. This might be a problem with my ISP as I've been offline involuntarily a few times recently. SOM
