Gary,
I notice that, on the Copyright page of chapters, you have
started hiding the URLs for the CC and GPL licenses behind the
linked words, instead of leaving the full URL visible (and
linked). I think it is useful and important to have the full URL
visible so that people can read it on printed copies of the
document as well as having a clickable link in PDF. For that
reason, I keep rejecting your edit and putting it back to what I
had originally.
Obviously this is a difference in philosophy, related to
assumptions about how many people print things instead of reading
them online. Having the URLs written out in full serves both
audiences and causes no harm, so why change them?
