[authors] Oops! I need to correct WG Ch3

Drat! I just realised I made an error in the stuff I added to Ch3 of the 
Writer Guide, which I uploaded earlier today. I forgot to update the info I 
copied from another book about editing hyperlinks. I'll fix that tomorrow 
and replace the file with a corrected one.
