I may even come out of retirement long enough to edit these
chapters, unless someone else (Gary, perhaps?) gets to them first.
A week in Teneriffe doing not too much certainly helped progress
with the translation work .......
If I didn't live in a (tropical) resort, I'd say "rub it in, why
don't you?" :-)
