Shelagh Manton has revised Calc Ch4 (Charts and Graphs) for v2.3,
but is unable to continue working on the chapter. I have slightly
edited the chapter but not reviewed it.
This chapter needs a thorough review and possibly additional
material. It is here:

In addition, there is a spreadsheet with the data, and the charts
created from that data, that are used in the chapter. It might be
useful for someone who wants to tweak or expand on the material,
